Customer Service Agent
40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team in Rome.
The Role
As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries, communicate with customers using different platforms. Your key tasks will be:
- Answering customers complaint
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups
- Optimize follow-up processes to improve customer satisfaction
About you
We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Customer Service Agent has the following skills:
- Computer literacy, especially MS Office
- Intermediate level of English
- Previous experience in contact with customers is considered a huge plus
- Great problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience of planning complex schedules of activities
