Title:  Outbound Lead Coordinator

As an Outbound Lead Coordinator with the MSX Global group, you will join the Warwick team in contributing to the fleet sales growth of one of the worlds largest car manufacturers.


The fleet team are responsible for generating new business customer leads for passing to a field team of Area Fleet Sales Managers. Operating as one complete team, the Outbound Lead Coordinator will work closely with the field team and share the joint objective in the growth of vehicle sales.



More about the role:

The primary task for this role is to generate new customer leads by outbound telephone prospecting. The Outbound Lead Coordinator will be required to sell the brand and product benefits in order to secure a meeting with the respective Area Fleet Sales Manager. Key requirements for this role are:


  • A professional and engaging telephone manner
  • A positive and motivated outlook
  • Excellent customer relationship management
  • Successful lead generation
  • Accurate data capture and recording


Your profile:

Whilst industry knowledge is not essential, the willingness to develop excellent product knowledge and enthuse about the strong attributes of this manufacturers brand will be critical in securing introductions.

Experience of business prospecting and business developing would be desirable. Full training will be provided.


Working Pattern and Location:

  • Full time (Monday – Friday)
  • 37.5 per week
  • Warwick
