MSX International is looking for a Client Experience Advisor to join our busy team at Jaguar Land Rover in Coventry.

The Role

In this role, the Client Experience Advisor will be serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking web-based assistance over the phone, chat, or email.

 

As part of this role, the Client Experience Advisor will:

 

  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
  • Record events and problems and their resolutions in a ticketing system.
  • Liaise with Client; work hand in hand with JLR individuals and teams.
  • Ensure all correct processes and procedures are followed.
  • Identifying issues through analysing the team’s data.

The web-based application will be provided on the UK JLR.

 

 

About you

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident individual, who can hit the ground running and has great interpersonal and communications skills.

 

Our ideal Client Experience Advisor will also have:

 

  • Customer service/call centre experience
  • Experience in troubleshooting web-based issues.
  • Good problem-solving skills and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of PC and MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint etc.
