Sales Coordinator (6 months contract)

The role:
The main task of the Sales Coordinator is to support the local sales team with a mixture of administrative tasks that range from producing reports to coordinating follow-ups on sales leads and customer inquiries.
On a daily basis, the Sales Coordinator will:
• Support and produce sales materials such as sales reports, end-of-month reporting and NPS reports.
• Communicate regularly with car dealerships
• Assist in project management and project planning to ensure solutions are successfully implemented.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks.
• Schedule meetings.
• Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams.
• Coordinate follow-ups on sales leads and customer inquiries.
About you:
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and team player with a structured and service-minded approach. To be successful in the role, the Sales Coordinator will have:
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English (fluent in writing and speaking). Swedish is a plus but not a must.
• 1-2 years of experience of business administration or sales support & administration.
• A mínimum of 1 year of experience working with CRM systems.
• Excel knowledge/experience is a plus but not a must.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.
