Are you our new Parts Field Consultant?

As part of our team, you will be based in Liguria or Piedmont and will travel for the role. You will be responsible for aggressively driving sales in a specified territory working with OEM parts Dealerships and winning OES market share, with a focus on enhancing our current client partnership and increasing overall incremental sales revenue and profitability.


Your key tasks will be:


  • Increase OEM parts sales for potentially new and existing Trade Parts Dealers
  • Create and implement bespoke sales and marketing plans for Trade Parts Dealers
  • Instil best practice, and class leading sales process
  • Gather and feedback market analysis and competitor intelligence
  • Create strong & succinct business plan and deliver back to the client
  • Seek out and develop new parts sales channels alongside Trade Parts Dealers
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets & profitability
  • Overall responsibility for gaining parts market share in given area
  • Ability to travel within allocated geographical area
  • Ability to work with OEM Trades Parts Dealers at senior stakeholder level
  • Proven track record in sales and target achievement
  • Creative approach to discovering new sales channels
  • Sound understanding and demonstrable record of leading and developing sales with multiple OEM parts distributors
  • Ability to increase OEM market share against OES competition



Who are you?

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal field consultant has a degree, as well as:


  • Experience having worked with a high-performance, collaborative, constructive peer group is a plus
  • Have a strong sales mentality and gain buy in from Trade Parts Dealerships at all levels
  • 1 year plus, sales management experience within large automotive parts wholesaler, or successful OEM Dealer with unrivalled overall parts sales knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details.
  • Can demonstrate a high degree of being able to work on own initiative and motivation
  • Computer literacy, especially PowePoint and MS Excel
  • Italian native speaker level (a good level of English is an asset)
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in sales management


Working pattern

  • throughout Piedmont and Liguria
  • Monday-Friday
  • 40 hours per week
  • Travel required
