Our Chrysler Payment Plan (CPP) group is currently seeking a Call Center Agent/Billing Center Liaison. The Billing Liaison will be responsible for handling incoming and/or outgoing calls, documenting calls, updating customer records, processing payments/faxes/emails, troubleshooting/researching customer and dealership concerns, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing customer service calls related to account billing information
  • Process customer payments
  • Update customer recurring payment information
  • Follow up on issues until resolution has been reached
  • Assist with reinstating and/or canceling customer accounts
  • Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including: courier packages, email, faxes etc.
  • Troubleshoot customer and dealership related inquiries
  • Diagnose customer and/or dealership website issues
  • Utilize multiple applications (5-8 at any given time) to resolve customer and or dealership inquiries/issues
  • Prioritize duties between multiple projects



  • 2 – 3 years of customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Two years billing experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with an exceptional telephone manner, as the majority of the job function is telephone related
  • Strong interpersonal skills with peers and staff at all levels of CPP (both internally and externally)
  • Professional, punctual and committed
  • Strong keyboard skills/basic administration skills
  • Multi-tasking skills required
  • General office duties e.g. filing, photocopying
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently or with a group
  • Manage priorities under pressure
  • Enthusiastic and results driven

Education and/or Experience

  • High School diploma
  • Some college preferred


Working Environment and Hours

  • Full-time, direct hire opportunity
  • Monday – Friday 11am – 8pm
