MSX International is looking for an Online Sales Manager to join our international program by being part of the digital transformation of Europe’s leading commercial vehicle brand and shaping the company’s future.

The Role

This is a chance to join a new and exciting business unit at the very start and play an instrumental role in scaling the business, by delivering smart solutions to customers and partners that make a real difference to people’s lives whilst also making a difference to the planet. In addition, the Online Sales Manager will:

 

  • Be responsible for managing inbound leads for the country, grow the existing SMB customer base and support and grow the business of a selected range of dealers
  • Be instrumental in the nurturing and upselling to our Freemium customer base for which you will plan and execute sales webinar
  • Be building your customer network and raising the dealer awareness for the portfolio of services offered (Electric Vehicles, Charging, Servicing and Data Solutions/Telematics)
  • Build strong relationships with the Field Based Sales Team, as well as the Britain team to generate business opportunities for Virtual Pro Solutions
  • Conduct on-line sales demonstrations to prospective customers
  • Work closely with client onboarding teams to support a seamless and first class customer experience
  • Provide voice of customer feedback on our Product to the product development teams

 

 

About you

Our ideal Online Sales Manager will be passionate about technology and the impact that it can have on businesses and the environment. It is a great opportunity for someone motivated by challenging targets and who enjoys working in a team with smart and ambitious colleagues . The Online Sales Manager should:

 

 

  • Be able to engage immediately and confidently with influencers and decision makers at multiple levels of seniority.
  • Have 3+ years of online sales experience 
  • Be an enthusiastic self-starter that is determined to make an impact as an individual contributor whilst working with the team to achieve the overall Country goals
  • Have automotive aftersales experience
  • Have channel and/or direct sales experience within SaaS business
  • Be proficient in social selling and building outstanding online relationships. Eg. LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Have measured success and proven experience in either telematics, mobility, EV Charging or software sales
  • Be willing to embrace all aspects of working in a fast-growing business, from managing day-to-day admin to closing deals
