MSX International is looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to fulfil the Conversion Development Manager position in Norway. The scope of the role is to support the Ford Pro Special Vehicles strategy to lead and coordinate further development on Ford Commercial Vehicles products – a keystone of the Ford Pro Special Vehicles operation.

The Role:

This is a Field based National role identifying new conversion opportunities on Ford Special Commercial Vehicles, working closely with the fleet team on large fleet tenders that require conversion. As a Commercial Vehicle and Conversion Development Manager you will be responsible for the following:

• Identify new conversions within Ford Pro Special Vehicles.
• Manage and develop relationship with convertors with a focus on sales growth potential.
• Present overview of Ford Special vehicles and Services that support Convertors .
• Provide guidance and liaison in the development of new conversions.
• Identify Convertors who have regional capability (beyond their domestic market)
• Support the Ford Pro Convertor network programme.
• Develop Conversion growth strategies looking at individual vocations and/or Fleet customers.
• Facilitate communications to all convertors.
• Identify engineering changes that will drive incremental volume or cost saves on Ford chassis.
• Support Key Convertor events.

Ideal candidate profile

• You have a solid understanding of the commercial vehicles market and how dealerships work

• You have min. 3 years of experience from commercial vehicles and conversion
• You have computer literacy, with competency in Word/Excel/Powerpoint programs
• You possess a full driving licence
• You speak fluent Norwegian and English
• You are based in the Oslo area

• 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday
• Field based in Norway
• Permanent contract
