Purpose of the Position:

The Trade Coaching Project main scope is the Genuine parts business growht (DM parts), through the right implementation of Customer strategies and activities on Dealers Network.


The purposes of the Coach Position are:


1) Coaching Support dedicated to Dealers Trade Processes and Business Activities Implementation;

2) Support for the right Marketing Activities implementation in order to increase the sell out of the genuine parts (Demage Parts);

3) Support the Dealer Network and collaborate with Customer Field Force for KPIs monitoring and development. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

▪ Achievement of assigned qualitative and quantitative targets;

▪ Support Dealer Network for the implementation of the sell out Processes;

▪ Support the professional growth of the Dealer towards the AIM (Trade Network and their Approved Bodyshop);

▪ To be the point of reference for the Dealers and support them with constant contact;

▪ Repairs Performance Analysis and Action Plan Definition;

▪ Management of Issues related to the assigned Repairs basket;

▪ Sharing the Repairs basket issues with MSX Team and Customer Field force;

▪ Team Cooperation;

▪ Training the new consultants.





Continuous communication and relationship with Dealer, MSX Team and Customer Zone Managers. Weekly Activities Planning. Access and Use of Customer Tools.

Technical or economics degree. Good interpersonal skills



At least 3 Years experience in Automotive Sector. Previous experience and knowledge of AfterSales and Parts Business.


Competencies/ Other skills:

Languages: Italian (native speaker);

                    English (intermediate level).
