Title:  Technical Trainer (Milan)

Are you our new Technical Trainer?

We are creating a new team for our training department for an ambitious new project of running a prestigious Academy. The goal is to provide a high degree of quality, proactivity and results orientation so that our client and its dealer network achieve all their goals.

Acting as a leading coaching, training and consulting company in the automotive industry, we are recruiting experienced professionals capable to identify the needs, to manage the preparation of trainings and to organize the training comply with the standards of the Brand.

As a Senior Technical Trainer , you will be responsible for the development and delivery of technical automotive trainings to dealers’ technical staff. You will work directly at our Customer’s site based in Milan.

What will you be doing on a daily basis?

•  Develop, prepare and deliver training courses as required by the National Sales Company;
•  Develop the end to end process of training materials, from concept to design both for Sales and Aftersales employees ((Workshop managers and Service Advisors);
• Ensure an excellent level of technical competence during course delivery;
•  Have care of the equipment (Diagnostic tools, cars, video projectors, etc.);
•  Take care of the workshop and classrooms;
•  Communicate potential critical situations to the PM;
•  Commit to continuous improvement of their quality standards.

Who are you?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive) or equivalent automotive field experience;
• Previous experience as trainer in the Automotive industry;
• Knowledge of training and coaching methodologies;
• Ability to manage classroom and didactical tools;
• Initiative and independence;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Good level of computer literacy, especially MS Office;
• Fluency in Italian and English.
