This luxury car brand are now recruiting for a Technical Advisor to implement the Genesis Customer Service Strategy.

 

The Role

The Customer Service Advisor will act as the principle contact for customers for all their aftersales needs and support, ensuring outstanding customer service is delivered at all times.

Working with the Genesis Personal Advisor and Genesis Service Centres, the Customer Service Advisor will support and facilitate booking processes to ensure customer needs are met by way of services required, appointment, logistics & mobility requirements.

 

The Customer Service Advisor will also:

 

  • work with the nominated Bodyshop & Road Side Assistance suppliers to ensure customer needs are met
  • meet with customers where required to support in vehicle concerns
  • support the parts & accessory processes between GMUK & service centers
  • facilitate all service documentation between service centers, GMUK and customers
  • support service centers to complete all PDI functions, including the fitment of accessories
  • support continuous improvement activities regarding product quality, service process and service centres
  • support new vehicle model Launch activities as required
  • coach and mentor GMUK agencies in GMUK aftersales processes

 

About you

This is an ideal role for a Customer Service Advisor with good understanding of how an aftersales department functions from both customer facing and workshops, and for someone with experience in a customer handling role.

 

To be considered for this role, the Customer Service Advisor will:

 

  • have significant experience working within an automotive aftersales department, understanding all the process around the “customer journey”
  • have experience in a customer handling role and in delivering excellent customer service
  • have good working knowledge of aftersales systems and processes
  • have a solid understanding of the UK automotive industry
  • have strong influencing skills and be able to direct the actions of others  in order to secure the optimal outcome for our customers and our business
  • be passionate about cars
  • be totally customer centric

 

Applicants must hold a Clean driving licence and be able to support at multiple locations within the UK requiring some overnight travel.
