The Supply Chain Support Coordinator will be based out of the Southeast Michigan and will be focused on buyback reduction actions. He/She will provide parts issue identification to reduce roadblocks that prevent vehicles from being fixed and result in buyback.

 

The Supply Chain Support Coordinator will “plug” into the existing Tech Advisor ecosystem as it exists today and work closely with all stakeholders to reduce buybacks by ensuring the right part is procured and delivered in a timely and efficient way in key markets.

 

The Supply Chain Support Coordinator key tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Locate parts ASAP to avoid buyback and improve CX by tracking VOR requests made by dealers associated to at-risk vehicles.
  • Work with buyback parts support and field parts support for on escalation follow up, and escalate and follow up with supply chain stakeholders
  • Identify issues / roadblocks in the Parts Needed Process and work on improving / eliminating roadblocks in collaboration with the supply chain team.
  • Analyze data and identify dealerships who are not requesting VOR in a timely manner for possible chargebacks when a vehicle is bought back.

Minimum Qualifications Include:

  • Experience as a Parts Manager: 5 years current Stellantis parts knowledge required
  • ASE certifications a plus
  • Capable of communicating with Technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels in a clear, concise and articulate manner.
  • Ability to identify and remove roadblocks that prevent the part from being procured and sent to the repair location.
  • Ability to analyze data and create custom reports.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a progressive workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Being a highly motivated, adaptive, and autonomous individual with a history of delivering results.
