MSX’s deep automotive industry expertise combined with advanced data analytics and custom software solutions improve the performance of automotive dealership networks by increasing revenue, reducing cost and enhancing customer satisfaction.


We are currently reshaping standards for MSX business support functions by launching and scaling a state-of-the-art Center of Expertise in Mumbai .


We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to accelerate the hiring efforts in 2021 and build an employer branding strategy specific for the Center of Expertise.


Reporting to the Talent Attraction Leader Europe/APMEA you will be tasked with the following challenges:


  • Recruiting for technical and non-technical roles our Center of Expertise, including IT, Finance and HR profiles.
  • Partnering closely with Finance, IT and Human Resources team to define and implement a sourcing strategy for technical and non-technical talent.
  • Leveraging your network and tech recruiting knowledge to build a long-term talent attraction and employer branding strategy.
  • Establishing and cultivating a long-term pipeline of technical and non- technical candidates.
  • Working closely with the Global HR team, optimize and iterate upon hiring processes
  • Through close business partnership, ensuring the organizational values are upheld, as well as actively shaping the culture.


Key requirements:


  • Extensive technical recruiting experience. Minimum 3 years of active search for IT and other support functions.
  • Business acumen and process-orientation. Ability to partner with business stakeholders using a data-driven approach
  • Comfortable with handling ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment, whilst also operating within a professional and global enterprise
  • Mixture of inhouse and agency recruitment (preferred, but not essential)
  • Knowledge of technical conferences and local meetups (preferred, but not essential)
