As Spare Parts Field Consultant you will contribute to the strategic planning implementation achieving assigned sales objectives through a continuous management and support of the dealers. You will be the sales representative  for an identified area.

 

What will you do on a daily basis?

  • Presenting and promoting marketing campaigns to the dealerships of different Automotive National Sales Company;
  • Taking care of Dealership’s Aftersales dept. in terms of technical and product updates, ensuring periodic visits and taking actions for basic requests/problems;
  • Forecasting – Objectives achievement, Stakeholders satisfaction & collaboration - Meeting deadlines.
  • Achieve the assigned goals encouraging the growth of the business and service of the dealers assigned proactively panning activities;
  • Critically analyze data on the performance indicators of the dealerships in the assigned area;

Who are you?

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales Automotive processes at the dealership;
  • Stakeholders management skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels (National Sales Company, dealership’s team and staff);
  • Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is appreciated;
  • Analytical, result and customer oriented approach;
  • Fluency in Italian is a must and English knowledge is appreciated;
  • Ability to work independently and in team;
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving attitude;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package;

 

Your working pattern

  • Field in the  area of : Toscana, Umbria , Romagna;
  • 40 hours per week;
  • Monday-Friday.
