What We Are Looking for: 

An experienced talent acquisition professional who excels at finding, attracting, and hiring great talent.  This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining a direct relationship with automotive dealerships/express service centers and strategizing ways to best source, prescreen, and onboard Mobile Service technicians. If you have experience in creatively sourcing candidates using a variety of methods including building talent pipelines, networking, and effectively using social media we would like to talk to you! 


Key Responsibilities of the Position Include: 

  • Assist and support team with the professional delivery, installation, and sustainment of the Ford/MSX International Mobile Service Program by providing recruitment efforts. 

  • Effectively develop and implement sourcing strategies to source, attract and screen qualified candidates. 

  • Use various resources and recruiting technology including job boards, social media networking, and managing employee/network referrals to develop a talent pipeline. 

  • Utilize effective interview and candidate selection techniques via phone/Skype screens, in-person interviews, panel interviews and other methods 

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment strategy for on-site and off-site events. 

  • Utilize social media tools to develop, build, and maintain brand awareness in local communities, schools/universities, and dealer networks. 

  • Develop a recruiting strategy that aligns with the various lines of business to ensure quality hires at the lowest possible cost. 

  • Schedule, plan and coordinate manager interviews, events and store visits for candidates and hiring managers. 

  • Provide reports and track candidate status throughout the recruiting and hiring process. 

  • Ensure all recruiting guidelines are being followed in accordance with MSX’s employee handbook, corporate recruiting strategy, and federal employment law. 

  • Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team and performing other recruiting and hiring functions as assigned.

Qualifications Required: 

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university and 1 to 2 years recruiting experience or some college completed with 3 to 5 years proven high volume recruiting experience in the automotive, manufacturing or service industry. 

  • Ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive aftermarket industry including technicians, service advisors and service managers. 

  • Experience with automotive repair a plus.   

  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to propose and implement best recruiting practices. 

  • Ability to effectively use MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Database/applicant tracking software experience preferred. 

  • Proven ability to work and manage a progressive workload in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Highly motivated, adaptive, and autonomous with the ability to deliver results. 

  • Ability to work remotely, communicate clearly and effectively, and follow-up on processes to meet and exceed company goals.
