Title:  Senior Training Project Manager

Are you our new Senior Training PM?

For a premium automotive brand, we are looking for a new Senior Training Project Manager to manage and lead the brand's network training project. The objective is to provide a high degree of quality, proactivity and results orientation so that our client and its dealer network achieve all their goals.

As a leading coaching, training and consulting company in the automotive industry, we recruit experienced professionals who can identify needs, manage the preparation of training courses and organise training in accordance with brand standards.

This PM activity will take place in direct contact with the Learning Solution Value Stream Delivery Leader to ensure the quality of the project execution.

What will you be doing on a daily basis:

• Teamwork with other internal resources involved in the project;
• Coordination of all relations with the various internal Brand contacts responsible for training actions on the network;
• Lead regular and scheduled project review meetings with the team, weekly and monthly program review meetings with the Customer management;
• Manage and coordinate resources and team activities to achieve project target;
• Supervision of the working group composed of internal and external coordinators and trainers;
• Develop project plans;
• Ensure achievement of defined project targets for the market;
• Ensure timely and accurate feedback and reporting, as per program requirements against tools & templates requested;
• Be a point of reference for the Client and act proactively and creatively to propose innovative and high impact training solutions;
• In agreement with the technical coordinator, management of the department of technical trainers;
• Supervision over the management process and retrieval on the assets and supports needed for technical and product training;
• Coordinate all cross-cutting educational planning and development activities for the Costumer;
• Participation in internal and alignment meetings with various contact persons and external agencies involved in various projects;
• Responsible for managing economics and supporting the construction of the project budget and forecast.

Who are you?

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration Communication or similar;
• Project management skills and experience (course or master course followed in this subject would be desirable);
• Previous experience in training management and automotive field;
• Knowledge of training and coaching methodologies;
• Customer care and management skills;
• Negotiation and objection and conflict management skills;
• Leadership skills and vision;
• Ability to coordinate people and resources;
• Initiative and independence;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office;
• Language’s skills: Fluent Italian and English.

Working pattern:

Milan Customer site and Hybrid work.
