Who we are looking for:

We are recruiting a Long Term Rental Logistic Advisor to manage the used car rental of National Sales Company.

The aim of the project is to control and improve the service provided guaranteeing a high level of service to the users who have signed a rental agreement with our Customer.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing the status of the vehicles ordered by the customer;
  • Proceed, in accordance with the process established by the Customer, to monitor the restoration or preparation of the vehicles at the Repair Center;
  • Support the network in achieving the goal to respect the contract times for preparations and restorations, by monitoring each of the phases planned by the National Sales Company;
  • Propose improvements to processes and procedures to make them more effective;
  • Manage the processing times of the practices.



  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline;
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry in other roles is a must;
  • Accuracy in the operation of the service and task assigned with focus on achieving objectives;
  • Knowledge of shop processes and basics of automotive technology;
  • Ability to relate to co-workers, National Sales Company’s management and distribution network;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent ability to work cross-functionally across multiple activities;
  • Initiative and independence;
  • Attitude to problem solving;
  • Ability to analyze deficiencies;
  • Teamwork skills;
  • Ability to operate under pressure;
  • Fluent use of PC and main applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).


  • Fluent Italian both written and spoken
  • Fluent English
