As there is a potential opportunity coming up MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Leads Management Advisor (BLM Advisor) to join our team in Rome.

The Role

The BLM Project aims to acquire business opportunities through multichannel strategies for the sales force via telephone and commercial back-office activities. Specifically, the BLM Advisor is responsible for managing the assigned customer portfolio and leads to identifying key contacts within companies, such as the person responsible for fleet management or the purchasing manager, to secure meetings with regional staff and maximize engagement.

 

About you 

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal BLM Advisor has excellent communication skills as well as: 

 

  • Achieve daily project goals for prospects.
  • Profile and segment the customer portfolio and business leads.
  • Register company details using specific operational tools.
  • Contact registered companies to schedule appointments.
  • Manage quote requests from potential business clients via phone/email.
  • Analyze client requests and prepare documentation for the dealer network.
  • Assist clients with information about the business range.
  • Conduct follow-up with clients to update and monitor results achieved.
  • Prepare reports on project progress.

In addition to the above, responsibilities include:

  • Share project practices with new team members through on-the-job training. Report critical situations, training needs, and IT system malfunctions to the Team Leader.
  • Handle all assets in accordance with company policies.
  • Implement project procedures and propose process improvements, including new tools, activities, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Network and Zone Managers, informing them of any non-compliant behaviors observed.

 

 

Authorities:

  • Manage key clients independently and define action plans to achieve assigned objectives.
  • Autonomously manage call scripts (in accordance with basic guidelines) to enhance communication effectiveness.
  • Plan activities and corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Interpersonal, telephone, and written communication skills.
  • Strong relational skills; ability to adapt communication style based on different stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Analysis and reporting skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Teamwork capabilities.
  • Proficiency in major Microsoft Office applications.
