Are you our new After-Sales Advisor Trainee? 

We are always open to meet bright Graduates like you to join our Operational Marketing and Customer Engagement Departments. As a Trainee, you will join MSX Talents Acquisition Program and get in the world of consultancy services for the automotive industry!  

 

How will your job look like 

The aim of the team is to support our automotive clients and build final customer loyalty. You will be in direct contact with a portfolio of partner dealers, by sharing their database. Your main tasks will be: 

 

  • Getting in touch by phone with final customers to manage ordinary and extraordinary maintenance visits 

  • Achieving individual and team targets for confirmed visits   

  • Guiding customers through the services that the workshops’ network offer to ensure a great customer experience  

  • Gathering customers’ feedback by data entry on Excel  

 

Who are you? 

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to customer care and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Trainee has a Bachelor’s in Economics, Communication or Humanities, as well as:  

 

  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office   

  • Italian native speaker level and good level of English (other European languages will be an asset) 

  • Previous experience in Customer Care (front-desk or back-office) will be a great plus  

 

Working pattern 

  • Monday-Friday (hybrid) 

  • 40 hours per week  

  • Rome
