Title:  Sales Representative

Purpose of the position:

The aim of the position is to improve the sales of original parts of the national sales company into Independent Repairs channel. The Sales Representative has to achieve maximum sales growth and customer penetration/loyalty within assigned national sales company Dealer’s Territory complying with Team Leader, national sales company and Dealer strategy.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Customers selection and profiling;
  • Visits scheduling and daily activities organization: daily/weekly visit plan, visit mix, route planning, reporting;
  • National sales company Parts&Accessories: knowledge improvement, Customer  Loyalty and conquest activities such as systematic visits, scouting activity, technical support, campaign promotion and implementation, extra discount/incentive management (complying with national sales company, Dealer and Team Leader) - stock management support;
  • Result measuring and analysis;
  • Trend and potential analysis;
  • Marketing Intelligence related to competitor analysis, feedback and material collection, feedback and material analysis;
  • Dealer Events support and planning;
  • Qualitative and quantitative target achievements;
  • Tool explanation and training to the network.

 

Requirements:

  • Master or bachelor's degree in Engineer, Economics or Business Administration;
  • Good use of PC and the full Office Package;
  • Technical expertise in spare parts;
  • Interpersonal skills;
  • Problem solving;
  • Initiative;
  • Flexibility;
  • Result orientation;
  • Strong customer orientation;
  • Planning and organization skills;
  • Previous experience in similar roles is a preferential title.

Working pattern:

Field in the assigned area (North of Italy, Center of Italy or South of Italy)
