How will your job look like
The main aim of the Technical Trainer is to increase the technicians' knowledge of the product, general and specific equipment, repair and diagnosis procedures in order to reach the highest quality level of the repairing activities. Moreover, they have to provide the technicians attending the courses with a methodical approach in analyzing and solving each problem they approach daily in repairing the vehicles.Your key tasks will be:
- Developing and preparing training material as required by the National Sales Company
- Providing technical courses to the staff of the dealership in classroom or bt web training, with a focus on new products and all technical issues according to their needs, following the Technical Training Center guideline
- Checking the preparation of the technicians within the Dealer Network
Who are you?
We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Junior Automotive Technical Trainer has an Engineering Bachelor’s degree in technical fields (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive, etc.), as well as:

Computer literacy, especially MS Office

Italian native speaker level and good level of English

Previous experience in Technical Training departments and/or in car or agriculture dealerships will be a great plus
Working pattern

Monday-Friday

40 hours per week
