Title:  Junior Automotive Technical Support

Are you our new Junior Automotive Technical Support? 

We are always open to meet bright Graduates in Engineering like you to join our Technical Department. As part of MSX Talents Acquisition Program, we look with interest at young degree students eager to get in the world of consultancy services for the automotive industry! 


How will your job look like 

You will work in direct contact with partner workshops of our client on cars and commercial vehicles. The workshops get in touch with our team if they are unable to solve specific issues. Your key tasks will be:


  • Receiving the support request via ticketing service 

  • Studying the history of technical work on the vehicle until that point 

  • Applying your Engineering background to provide instructions on how to solve technical issues according to each request  

  • Provide support both via written tickets but also with inbound and outbound calls


Who are you? 

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Junior Automotive Technical Trainer has an Engineering Bachelor’s degree in technical fields (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive, etc.), as well as: 


  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office  

  • Italian native speaker level and good level of English 

  • Previous experience in Technical Support departments and/or in car or agriculture dealerships will be a great plus

Working pattern: 


  • Monday-Friday 

  • 40 hours per week 

  • Our offices are based in Rome
