The Reporting and Analysis Specialist will be based out of the Southeast Michigan and will be focused on buyback reduction actions. He/She will provide reporting and data analysis to key stakeholders nationally and regionally.

 

The Reporting and Analysis Specialist will “plug” into the existing Tech Advisor ecosystem as it exists today and produce reporting that identifies and prioritizes buyback prevention actions in key markets.

 

The Reporting and Analysis Specialist key tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Build and automate recurring reports relating to project status and results at the National, regional, and market level.
  • Maintain and ensure the Vehicle at Risk Report is accurate, clean and actionable.
  • Ensure daily / live reporting is working properly and adjust as feedback is received.
  • Create dashboards, provide updates, adjust and enhance all reporting requirements.
  • Analyze data and provide insights on findings for to help develop strategy and improve decision making.
  • Identify trends to help optimize buyback prevention operations.

Minimum Qualifications Include:

  • Proficiency in programming languages including SQL, Python, and R, as well as experience using data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of database management software and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to identify and remove incomplete, incorrect, or irrelevant data.
  • Ability to analyze data and create custom reports.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a progressive workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Automotive warranty experience is a plus but not a requirement
  • Highly motivated, adaptive, and autonomous with a history of delivering results.
