The Repair Resolution Specialist will be based out of the Southeast Michigan and will have a special focus on buyback reduction actions. They will provide issue identification and lift roadblocks that prevent vehicles from being fixed and result in buyback. 

 

The Repair Resolution Specialist will “plug” into the existing Tech Advisor ecosystem as it exists today and work closely with all stakeholders to reduce buybacks by ensuring the right repair in a timely and efficient way for key markets. 

 

The Repair Resolution Specialist key tasks are: 

  • Lead and track the ‘Fix Needed’ process with all stakeholders 

  • Identify issues / roadblocks in the process and work to improving / eliminating with the various stakeholders 

  • Leverage Vehicle At Risk Report analytics to identify gaps 

  • Work on ‘Fix not available’ issues to provide a fix by collecting data, escalate to CX committee, follow up with engineering and other 

  • Work with STAR and FTS to categorize, classify and communicate fixes in a timely and efficient manner 

  • Work closely with Special Mission Managers to drive change through the cross-functional stakeholders in the company to drive a better CX   

 

Break barriers or roadblock and work towards eliminating bottle necks Qualifications Required: 

  • Master Technician – Current Stellantis technical knowledge required going back at least 5 years 

  • ASE certifications a plus 

  • Capable of communicating with Technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels in a clear concise and articulate manner.  

  • Ability to identify and remove roadblocks that prevent the repair from proceeding. 

  • Ability to analyze data and create custom reports. 

  • Ability to work independently and manage a progressive workload in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Highly motivated, adaptive, and autonomous with the ability to deliver results.
