Scope

The Recall Program Analyst – Operations reports to the Recall Programs Manager of Operations. The Recall Program Analyst – Operations is responsible for managing the development of various process improvements and Metrics for all of Field Service Actions (FSA).  Implementing processes to assist dealers and Ford activities regarding FSA related concerns.    

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Program Management – To oversee project of reviewing legacy programs for labor and part cost savings 
• Coordinate FSA launch planning with Parts, Service & Logistics, Diagnostic Service Planning, Renkim (Owner Letter Mailing), Bosch to ensure required parts, software, technical instructions and owner mailings meet required FSAs timing
• Refine and Develop Recall Metrics Dashboard
• 25% in person onsite reporting with 75% remote work from home

What you bring

Program Management skills to lead a team.  Expert in Excel, Word, Outlook.  If possible, Qliksense, Mongo, Dashboard Development, Coding experience.  Self-Starter, Ambitious, proficient in Time Management.  Bachelor’s degree or 5+ year’s experience in automotive field.
