Title:  Automotive Parts Helpdesk Specialist

Are you an Automotive fan and would you like to work for an emerging EV brand? Would you like to play an important role in the Parts Sales of a growing company? Then this may be the opportunity you’re looking for!


As Parts Sales Support, you will be the first point of contact for European markets regarding questions around parts sales and availability.


This position will suit you best if you understand the parts sales processes within dealerships.


Day to day acitivity will include

  • Responding to questions and issues around parts availability
  • Follow up and report the parts process from the order to the delivery
  • Regular reporting of delivery timing and customer complaints
  • Manager complaints/claims regarding parts deliveries
  • Set up processes for outgoing parts
  • Collect parts pricing requests and collaborate with pricing department
  • Provide Parts System support to the markets


Characteristics for succeeding:

  • Experience in parts management
  • Experience in the Automotive sector
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English and preferably Dutch
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to set up new processes
