The Field Consultant will be responsible for contacting multiple collision centers in-person daily, reviewing the benefits of the Nissan Wholesale Advantage Program with each collision center, and encouraging the centers to place orders and begin earning rebates. 

 

The Field Consultant will be responsible for the following: 

 

  • Visiting multiple collision shops in a defined territory daily 

  • Meet with decision makers explaining the benefits of the Nissan Wholesale Advantage Program 

  • Assist collision center with program enrollment if not currently enrolled 

  • Encourage collision centers to utilize the program and OPS ValueTrax when providing estimates to facing dealer 

  • Instruct collision shop personnel on how to submit repair requests into OPS ValueTrax system 

  • Follow up email and phone contact with collision shop if needed 

  • Complete detailed Collision Center Contact Reports  

 

Qualifications: 

  • OEM Parts experience preferred  

  • OPS ValueTrax/OEC CollisionLink system knowledge preferred 

  • Excellent communication and computer skills 

  • Background in Wholesale Parts and/or Collision Center operations: 

  • Knowledge of Collision Center estimating software ( CCC, Mitchell, OPSTrax, Collision Link) 

  • Previous experience as a Collision Center Manager, Estimator or Automotive insurance Estimator/Claims adjustor. 

  • Currently working MDO such as Caliber, Gerber, LKQ  WorldPac, etc. 

 

The Consultant will need to be available and have the desire to travel 90% of the time. Qualified candidates must be highly motivated, self-starters who possess excellent customer relationship, communication, and facilitation skills, with a high degree of interest in working in a field environment with minimal supervision.

The disclosed range estimate may not have been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At MSXi, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90k to $100k based on current experience
