For the area of Technology & Warranty we are looking for an experienced Automotive technician or master craftsman (m/f/d) for the technical support in Neuss (Germany).


Car mechanic in technical support with Dutch language skills (m/f/d)



Your tasks

As a competent contact in technical support for the dealerships of an international automobile manufacturer, you will provide telephone and written expert assistance in the diagnosis of complicated technical issues and thus support the Dutch speaking dealer network with the aim of quickly resolving customer complaints. With your practical experience from the workshop, you will not only promote the development of solutions for the entire product range but will also act as an interface between the vehicle manufacturer and the service companies. Exceptionally, you will support the Dealer organization in solving basic ICT related malfunctions of the test equipment.



Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or car-technical education (automotive engineer), master technician or equivalent in related work experience
  • Several years of professional experience as a service consultant/service manager or workshop foreman
  • Good knowledge in vehicle mechanics and vehicle electronics
  • Experienced in vehicle and system diagnostics
  • Several years of professional experience as service consultant / service manager or workshop foreman
  • Excellent Dutch and English language skills
