For the area of customer satisfaction, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager with Dutch and German language skills for the front office of a premium electric car manufacturer in Dietzenbach.

What will you be doing?

You will be managing teams of Customer Service Specialists. The teams are the first contact for all customer and prospect inquiries of an aspiring electric car manufacturer and the bigger Sister company in the premium segment on the Dutch/German market. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the KPI’s, ensuring quality of the service, active participation in the implementation of new systems, and Account Management.

Your Qualifications

  • Commercial training or studies
  • Native written and spoken Dutch language skills
  • Very good German Skills (C1)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • French skills are an advantage
  • At least 10 years of experience in customer service Centre, ideally within the automotive trade (but not a must)
  • Leadership experience
  • We require a high level of service orientation, a personable manner, and a good way of expressing oneself
  • Experience in sales is an advantage
  • Very good MSX Office skills
  • Willingness to work on weekends
