Summary 

MSX International is seeking dynamic individuals who will be responsible for the professional delivery, installation, and sustainment of the Ford/MSX International Mobile Service Program.  

Major metropolitan areas, list the 21 regions 

 

Day to Day Responsibilities   

This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining a direct relationship with automotive dealers inside their assigned market area, conduct program and vehicle launch activities, along with implementing plans to achieve market area and regional objectives:    

The Operations Specialist/Launch Trainer will provide primary operational support to assigned Mobile Service Dealers within the market: 

  • Attend Annual Business Plan Meetings 

  • Create and Work Mobile Service Action Plans 

  • Conduct Repair Order Analysis as needed 

  • Ensure available technology is utilized up to date 

  • Review Mobile Service policies and marketing actions 

  • Monitor and motivate dealership Mobile Service personnel to provide excellent customer experiences 

  • Perform Pre-Launch activities, including Dealer Launch Meeting 60-days prior to van arrival 

  • Strategic planning session on how and who will run the Mobile Service program and vehicle 

  • Perform on-site Training  

  • Vehicle Inspection Training  

  • Service Work Upsell Training  

  • Telephone Sales Skills 

  • Customer Handling Skills 

  • Credit Card Solicitation Skills 

  • Provide visit summaries to Dealer, District Operations Manager  

  • Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner 

 

What you bring 

Qualified candidates must be highly motivated, self-starters who possess excellent customer relationship, communication, and facilitation skills, with a high degree of interest in working in a field environment with minimal supervision.  The successful candidate must also reflect an exceptional track record and attributes that includes: 

  • OEM dealer contact experience is a plus, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills  

  • Demonstrated proficiency with PC applications in a Windows environment 

  • This position requires proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Internet Explorer 

  • Ability to leverage relationships to identify and sell the business case for change  

  • Analyzing data from dealer financials and operational assessments to establish action plans 

  • Implementation of service advisor selling systems and overall process improvement solutions at the aftermarket or retail level 

  • Ability to understand, establish and implement effective metrics to keep dealerships focused on growth and ROI 

  • Ability to train and utilize all aspects of automotive service sales 

  • Ability to influence the service personnel and mobile service technicians in the training processes and monitoring the results   

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT  

  • Up to 75% Travel required 

  • Overnight travel required 

  • Have ability to equally accommodate working from home office or remote location
