MSX International is looking for a Mobile Service Operations Specialist to support Ford in Norway

 

Are you an experienced automotive coach/trainer with a passion for business development and process improvement? Then this is the job for you!

We’re looking for a Mobile Service Operations Specialist to support the implementation of mobile service vans as well as pickup and delivery in Norway. In collaboration with Ford Zone Managers you will work closely with dealers to increase usage and organize mobile services.

Duties:

As the Mobile Service Operations Specialist, you will be the subject matter expert and primary contact for all things related to Mobile Service for your assigned dealers. This includes:

• Understanding how the Mobile Service vehicle’s function and train technicians on their features

• Facilitate kick-off and strategic planning sessions with dealers to create business plans for success

• Ensure dealers are ready to launch vans promptly upon arrival

• Conduct launch events, aligning on business goals and training Mobile Service Technicians

• Plan and execute tailored onsite sustainment meetings

• Develop action plans to exceed program goals, focusing on service processes

• Share best practices and key success drivers with dealers

• Monitor and motivate dealership Mobile Service personnel to provide excellent customer experiences

• Execute dealer demand creation best practice

Lead key customer onboarding

• Create visit summaries and action plans for stakeholders.

 

 

About you:

To succeed in the role you are highly motivated, self-starter who possess excellent customer relationship, communication and facilitation skills, having a high degree of interest in working in a field environment with minimal supervision.

Furthermore you have:

  • Ability to adapt to different locations and engage with various audiences
  • A proficiency in communication and relationship-building
  • OEM dealer contact experience is ideal but not a must
  • Successfully managed assigned territories or regions
  • Leverage relationships to identify and sell the business case for change
  • Experience of analysing data from dealer financials and operational assessments to
    establish action plans
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of field work environment with managing your own time
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English (excellent written and verbal)

In addition, we believe you have a great ability to understand, establish and implement effective metrics to keep dealerships focused on growth and ROI, also to influence the service personnel and mobile service technicians in the training processes and monitoring the results.

Further you have an ability to adapt to different locations and engage with various audience,
you are a
n excellent communicator, inspirational and a relationship builder.

 

Working pattern and location:

This is a full-time field-based role with travels mostly within following regions: Bergen, Stavanger, Trondheim, Kristiansand and around the Oslofjord. Estimated number of travel days are 3/week and overnight trips can occur.
