MSX International is currently hiring a field installer for an Express Service program. This individual will train dealership employees on the express service process and make follow-up visits to sustain the program’s integrity. Consultants will also be responsible to attend training sessions with dealers and conduct follow up installations of the program at the dealership, interacting with the field organization and MSX.   


Required Skills: 

Qualified candidates will have Service Manager, Service Director, Parts & Service Director, or Fixed Operations experience. Any consulting, training or facilitation experience is a plus. The objective is to install Express Service in dealerships. This consists of attending a MSX training seminar with the assigned dealer(s) to help them through the "learning" of what is involved in setting up express in their dealership. The consultants then go to the dealership and train the express service advisor and express service technicians on the process and procedures for express. The job is training and consulting with dealers and their management teams to lead them through a significant process change within the dealership organization.   



  • Minimum of (5) five years of professional experience in fixed operations.   

  • Must possess excellent communication and writing skills.   

  • Motivated business leader with strong team-building and participative management skills.   

  • Requires a self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision.   

  • Strong collaborative and communication skills with all organizational levels.   


Additional skills:  

  • Must have ability to maintain a professional level communication in English and any other languages as required by the project client.   

  • High level of proficiency with PC and Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.   

  • Must possess a demonstrated ability to operate successfully in a business environment with limited management oversight.   

***Position is full-time with frequent travel.
