Title:  Automotive Parts Consultant

Purpose of the position:
The figure involved in this position is in charge, in a restricted area, of a certain number of stores in franchising in order to increase their satisfaction in belonging to and selling national sales company premium brands.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Presenting and promoting the national sales company marketing campaigns to stores, helping them to achieve their annual target, alongside with the Sales Representatives of Distributors;
  • Take care of stores in terms of technical and product updates, representing the first reference for any problem concerning franchising;
  •  Ensure periodic visits to the stores;
  •  Analyze the performance of the activity at the level of the individual operator and channel followed;
  •  Collect all data and KPIs for the correct monitoring of the business;
  •  Manage relationship with Distributors and Sales Representatives
  •  Manage all requests and problems pointed out by the stores.
  • Proactive Action Plans to achieve objectives;
  • Schedule the visit plan, daily and weekly;
  • Collaborate and  constantly share the information with all the members of the Team of the own area  of competence , sharing best practices
  • Use business assets in line with corporate policies.




  • Master or bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics;
  • Excellent use of your PC and the Office Package;
  • Automotive Aftersales Market knowledge;
  • 2-3 years experience  in  automotive market, GDO sales;
  • Interpersonal skills;
  • Problem solving; 
  • Initiative;
  • Flexibility;
  • Result orientation;
  • Strong customer orientation;
  • Planning and organization skills.


Working pattern:
Field  throughout North of Italy.
