Are you our new Junior Sales Administrative Support ?

As part of our team, you will be responsible for processing of incoming orders and questions regarding B2B business , reporting directly to the department Leader. Your key tasks will be:


  • Responsible for the clean Processing of orders from B2B Customers, furthermore, dialogue with responsible persons of the customer if mistakes happened during order process
  • Calculation of fitting offers for B2B Customers
  • Processing of Questions and Complaints of Customers
  • Support in finance admin work, opening POs, monthly budget progress checks, and support in organizing fleet events
  • Requests by the Head of Sales and Head of Fleet


Who are you?

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Junior Sales Administrative Support has this knowledge and skills ,as well as:


  • Ability to learn fast in terms of Software
  • Italian native speaker level
  • Previous short  experience in fleet ( at least six months)
  • First Experience in B2B Communication
  • First Experience in Sales and geographic knowledge in Italy
  • Ideally knowledge about financial products and processes
  • Experience in direct sales with high-priced goods
  • Strategic and sales-oriented mindset
  • Ideally knowledge in mobility and technology of EVs
  • Background knowledge of e-mobility (charging infrastructure, knowledge of government subsidies, prejudices about e-mobility, competition, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of English (B2)
  • Good Communication skills


Working pattern:

  • Milan
  • Monday-Friday
  • 40 hours per week
  • Hybrid working model
