Who we are looking for:

As a Customer Care Specialist your job is to consistently deliver an outstanding, personal and customer experience addressing the needs of current and future customers across the shopping and ownership journey. You will guide them through the sales process and follow up their first encounter with our product. As the National Sales Company's brand ambassador your customer-facing role is crucial in supporting our mission to improve the society we live in and bring our brand promise to life. Excite, engage and educate prospective buyers and current owners through inbound and outbound activities, across an array of channels. Passionately  educate customers about the National Sales Company's brand and our products, and efficiently and reliably guide customers through a hassle-free service experience, by providing helpful and timely answers and seamlessly connecting the dots. Always put the customer first. Figure things out. Learn and share back so that we can constantly improve the National Sales Company's customer experience and ensure our customers feel cared for and get the help.



Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
  • Give customers information about products and services;
  • Support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions and responding to complaints.
  • Apply the procedures agreed with the National Sales Company in compliance with the company's standards and policies;
  • Communicate with customers through various channels;
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary;
  • Escalate critical complaints according to policies and procedures. 



  • Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about people and electric cars;
  • Works collaboratively with the team to get things done and create a positive atmosphere;
  • Ability to learn, understand and clearly convey brand, business, and technical concepts in a simple way;
  • Customer service experience from sales oriented premium brands desired;
  • Able to multitask across systems and resolve a variety of technical issues, and comfortably navigate various applications;
  • Previous experience of outbound sales activities such as lead generation and follow up calls is an advantage;
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) with attention to tone of voice/details;
  • Humble and assured, respectful of others and an outstanding listener;
  • Curious, eager to learn and try new things;
  • Customer, focused and dedicated to exceeding the expectation of customers;
  • All candidates must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and language tests (C2 level according to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, CEFR);
  • Languages skills: Italian, English;
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license;
  • Ability to work evening hours, from Monday to Saturday.
