Title:  After-Sales Processes Consultant

Who we are looking for:

We are recruiting an After-Sales Processes Consultant to monitor and provide solutions for after sales services dedicated to the retail customer directly at the dealer facilities.

The Consultant is responsible for carrying out the program at the dealer and contributes to the achievement of the general project objectives.

He must be able to identify process criticalities in the After-Sales area by proposing appropriate solutions in line with the standards of the customer company.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the assigned goals encouraging the growth of the business and service of the dealers assigned and support them in increasing Customer Satisfaction;
  • Analyze and examine the current organization chart and organization of the dealer, service processes and Customer Satisfaction;
  • Analyze the dealership's actual offer to the end customer;
  • Highlight process gaps and develop a corrective action plan for realignment to processes in order to increase profitability and Customer Satisfaction;
  • Organize and execute actions defined in the planning within deadlines;
  • Optimize intervention times according to the activities to be carried out;
  • Collaborate with National Sales Company's field force to share every action, process and decision implemented;
  • Act as the reference point for National Sales Company's team and the dealership network teams;
  • Critically analyze data on the performance indicators of the dealerships in the assigned area;
  • Make the dealer responsible for the continuous improvement of service processes;
  • Propose and share with the team the work tools created ad hoc;
  • Identify new business opportunities.



The ideal candidate has:

  • Degree in technical or economic disciplines; 
  • Knowledge of the after-sales automotive processes at the dealership;
  • Proven experience of at least 4 years in the Automotive world;
  • Good analytical skills and result orientation;
  • High relational and communication skills with the National Sales Company and dealer’s staff (management and operational);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel in particular);
  • Leadership skills towards the dealership team and staff;
  • Flexibility;
  • Planning skills;
  • Organization skills;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Problem Solving skills.



  • Italian and English

Working Pattern:

Field in the assigned area (North of Italy, Center of Italy or South of Italy)
