Title:  Ford Pass Field Specialist -Mid-Atlantic/Philadelphia Area

Plug yourself into our team of professionals that are helping dealerships reward their customers all while creating a new way to gain loyalty and customer retention. We are currently seeking Field Specialists to train dealership personnel on a world-class digital rewards platform. This person will perform ongoing sustainment training in automotive dealerships utilizing a world-class smartphone app that connects to a smart car. We will provide hands-on training turning these Specialists into Subject Matter Experts with this world-class application platform. They will then travel in their assigned territory with 2-3 overnight stays per week, teaching and training personnel how to utilize this technology, while bringing exciting new ideas to reward and engage customers. If you enjoy teaching people how technology can enrich their lives and love the automotive industry, we have an opportunity that is made for you!

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Face to face interactions in dealership settings with all customer facing employees 

  • Increase dealer profitability, customer satisfaction, and customer service retention by training the staff and offering solutions based on the Rewards platform 

  • Implement, train and monitor all dealership employees in the rewards enrollment, earnings, and processes to redeem points 

  • Become a subject matter expert with all things related to growing customer loyalty 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Competent with Microsoft Office, and ability to quickly learn various software including: 

  • Salesforce 

  • Windows Apps 

  • Apple Apps 

  • English as Primary Language, other languages not required 

  • Must be able to manage themselves to complete assigned territory (possibility for multi-state territories) workflows in an assigned timely manner 

  • Ability to concisely document training/workflow at the Dealer Level so another team member can visit later and leverage that information to assist Dealer in change and success 

  • Must be comfortable in one on one and large group training 

  • Creative thinking to create solutions for the client’s needs 

  • Analyze and coach dealership management to grow sales in both fixed and variable departments using customer earned rewards points to sell more in all aspects of their business 

  • Understand that more frequent purchases lead to customer retention/loyalty 

  • Must be able to consistently perform work without supervision 

  • Must be able to track, control and process expense reimbursement in a timely manner 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE  

  • Some College preferred 

  • Former employees of dealerships’ management staff 

  • Individuals that interfaced with customers 2+ years in an automotive atmosphere 

  • Manufacturer Rep, District or Regional Managers from these industries: 

  • Technical Sales 

  • Marketing 

  • Automotive 

  • Food Service 

  • Retail and other Customer Service Oriented industries 

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT 

  • Individual will need to travel during most of the week, be able to coordinate all your own travel plans and submit these expenses on a timely manner and keeping within Expense Guidelines 

  • We have a very experienced team that communicates and assists each other consistently 

  • Must rely on working in a team atmosphere 

  • Comfortable with reaching out to team with questions
