Automotive Non-Technical Trainer (Freelance) – MSX International

Are you an experienced automotive aftersales professional and a passionate coach? Do you enjoy providing and managing non-technical trainings? Then we might be looking for you! As an Automotive Non-Technical Trainer, you take care of training service advisors while ensuring quality and compliance with the brands standards and knowledge requirements. If you have aftermarket experience and you speak Finnish/Danish/Norwegian and English fluently, then read on!

What will you be doing

• With materials prepared by MSX or our customer you will ensure high-qualitative non-technical trainings
• Provide information about the car models and offer a test driving opportunity
• Perform group classes
• Ensure trainings meet customer’s expectations.

Who are you?

• You have a completed high school degree
• You have 5 years of automotive experience within the aftermarket field
• You have a coaching, service advisor or similar background
• You speak fluent Finnish/Danish/Norwegian and English
• You must your own laptop

Working Pattern

This is a freelance assignment.

MSX will provide cars for the test drives. If you have  a training facility we are happy to rent it from you for the trainings.
