MSX International is looking for an Academy Administrator to support our IVECO Academy team in Winsford by delivering a great front of house experience for all delegates attending the Adacemy.

 

 

The Role

 

The Academy Administrator will support the IVECO Academy Team in all aspects of Academy Management including, Learning Management System administration, planning and scheduling, network engagement and front of house duties. In addition, the Academy Administrator will:

 

 

  • Develop training schedules for all technical and non-technical training ensuring that the right courses are scheduled to meet the network training requirements in collaboration with Iveco and Training Teams.
  • Manage the IVECO Learning Management System (LMS) which will include:
    • Adding and updating the training schedules
    • Ensuring that the digital content within the LMS is correctly uploaded and working
    • Manage the course cancellation / delegate attendance and close process for all courses
    • Ensure delegates are correctly set up within the LMS
  • Provide first line support to manage training enquiries from the IVECO network via phone and email
  • Work with the IVECO Academy team to ensure high levels of network engagement and progress to required qualification levels
  • Manage social media activity on behalf of the IVECO Academy
  • Manage all reporting requirements using the LMS as the base data and presenting this in appropriate formats using excel analytics.
  • Provide excellent administration support for a number of key areas including training invoicing, external certificating bodies, academy operations.
  • Supplier Relationship development, working with key suppliers of the IVECO Academy to ensure service delivery.

 

 

 

About you

 

Our ideal Academy Administrator will have excellent problem solving and organizing skill. It is a great opportunity for someone with great communication skills being highly customer focused. The Academy Administrator should have:

 

 

  • Experience of building strong relationships with an influencing nature, understanding the pressure of a fast-paced training environment.
  • Experience of planning complex schedules of activities
  • Experience in using all Microsoft Office packages
  • Understanding of the Automotive Dealer Network industry (desirable)
  • Use of Learning Management Systems (desirable)
