The role:

The main task of the Project Manager is to lead a multilingual team, whose function is the qualification of leads, conversion of potential clients into sales through the implementation of outbound sales campaigns and support the dealer network in sales distribution processes.

 

On a daily basis, the Project Manager will:

 

• Lead the team of lead management & dealer support agents to achieve their objectives.

• Review of KPIs and SLAs of the project.

• Preparation of the monthly Forecast and control of income/expenses of the project. Budget

  control.

• Continuous improvement of processes.

• Organization and participation in performance monitoring meetings with the client.

• Participation in the selection processes of team members.

• Organisation of onboarding processes and training of new recruits.

• Motivation and monitoring of teams to maintain their commitment and performance.

 

About you:

 

• You have extensive knowledge and experience in the customer service sector.

• Experience in Outbound sales, B2B sales or business development.

• Experience in the sector, leading large-scale Contact Centers, with operations for different

  markets.

• Skill in dealing with clients.

• Ability to manage people

• Ability to make decisions.

• Communication skills. Ability to persuade.

• Mastery of English (minimum C1) and Spanish is essential.

• You preferrably have automotive experience.

• Experience working with Artificial Intelligence such as chatbots.

• Experience in the use of different CRM systems such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce or other

CRM platforms
