This is your role at MSX!

 

Objective of the position:

 

Our Dealership support agents will support the dealer network in sales distribution processes, ensuring the quality of the services provided through different channels (email, telephone, etc).

Responsibilities of Dealer Support Agents:

 

  • Support the dealer network in all processes related to vehicle distribution (OTD: Order To Delivery):
  • Vehicle ordering, transport and registration queries.
  • Vehicle delivery, appointment management and documentation.
  • Remarketing and fleet support activities.

We look for you if:

 

  • You have extensive knowledge and experience of the customer service sector.
  • Communication skills.
  • Experience in order support, sales support, or fleet support.
  • Native Spanish language is essential .
  • Good knowledge of English is mandatory
  • Have experience in using ticketing systems and MS Office.
  • You are a team player and you want contribute to the positive development of the team.
