The duties you will perform on a day-to-day basis are as follows:

  • You will supervise and support a team of agents, ensuring they meet the performance target.
  • You will provide ongoing support, motivation and mentorship to the team members.
  • You will create comprehensive manuals and document procedures. 
  • You will provide train to the new hires and existing team members. 
  • You will track and analyze team performance metrics. 
  • You will compile data and generate reports on the team performance. 

 

We are looking for you if:

  • You have an excellent command of English and you also have strong language skills bilingual and/or native in Dutch OR German OR French. 
  • You have experience working in Customer Service or Customer Support  as Supervisor or Team Leader. 
  • You are a person with excellent oral and written communication skills.
