Customer Experience Agent- Dutch

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AGENT with Dutch and English 

No Experience needed

Objective of the position:

Our Agents will serve as the primary point of contact for vehicle owners, addressing and resolving all requests related to their vehicle through multiple channels.  

Responsibilities of the  Agents:
 

• Manage driver inqueries thorugh multiple channels (e-mail, chat, phone calls); 
• Remote Assitance: Identifying and address the root causes of the assitance requests. 
• Record all the the Customer contact in order to track the activities. 
• Carry out database updates, report writing and reporting.

We are looking for you if: 

• You have an excellent command of English and you also have strong language skills bilingual and/or native in Dutch.
• You are available to work onsite.
• You have availability to work weekends.
• You have knowledge of document management and operate dedicated document management platforms.
• You are a person with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office365 applications (basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel).
