Title:  Technical Trainer (automotive industry - Premium Brand)

At MSX IBERIA we are looking for a Technical Trainer (automotive industry - Premium Brand) to join our great team in Oeiras area.

The main objective of our future collaborator is to ensure technical training delivery to the Dealers network.

- Trainer competence:

• At least three years of trainer/coach experience;
• High methodological and didactic competence;
• Media competence (handling media, designing flipcharts, pinboards, handling MS Office, etc.);
• Empathy and conflict management in dealing with participants, also in critical situations.

- Professional competence:

• Good knowledge of the automotive industry (trends, structures);
• Sound knowledge of the relevant target group technicians;
• Very good experience with car dealership processes;
• Experience in technology;
• General IT affinity and knowledge of databases / systems / system environments / interfaces;
• Sound knowledge of the system to be trained and the application (or corresponding acquisition);
• Sound knowledge of the affected processes and functions in the dealership.

- Personal competence:

• Professional, positive appearance;
• Flexibility, creativity, openness and enthusiasm;
• Strong moderation and presentation skills;
• Active information gathering and communication;
• High level of self-management and organisational skills.

We're looking for you if:

· You have a medium-high English level (B2-C1).

· You have a high level of proficiency in Portuguese (C2 - native).

· Mechanical engineering degree highly valued

· You consider yourself a person with excellent communication skills, analytical and organizational skills.
