  • Responsible for delivering all Quick Lane Performance Objectives in the assigned zone 

  • Lead operational support for assigned Quick Lanes 

  • Attend/Conduct annual business plan meetings  

  • Develop plans to achieve dealer objectives 

  • Drive KPI Performance in the Quick Lane 

  • Review action plans for milestone completion and issues/opportunities 

  • Implement plans to achieve dealer and district objectives 

  • Train and manage all personnel in assigned zone on all Quick Lane processes and programs 

  • Create and implement Quick Lane action plans 

  • Conduct Repair Order Analyses as needed 

  • Develop a Quarterly Marketing Plan and monitor adherence 

  • Communicate Quarterly Quick Lane Sales Events 

  • Ensure current Quick Lane POS is updated and displayed 

  • Work with the Quick Lane Manager to conduct periodic Competitive Ad and Price Surveys 

  • Review and approve Co-Op claims 

  • Work with the Quick Lanes on search engine optimization and landing page claiming 

  • Monitor and motivate Quick Lane Contest and Incentive performance 

  • Manage general service sales processes at each Quick Lane 

  • Locate areas for improvement 

  • Propose corrective actions 

  • Bring out the best of assigned Quick Lane locations personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation 

  • Manage tire sales processes at each Quick Lane 

  • Assist with TIM Tool Set-up and monitor 

  • Conduct periodic inventory review and arrange for inventory swap as needed 

  • Establish the Good/Better/Best lineup 

  • Ensure adequate tire displays and current pricing (indoor/outdoor) 

  • Conduct various on-site training as needed, including the following: 

  • Quick Lane team completion of all required STARS courses 

  • VCU training (including inspection skills) 

  • RIM and ¼ Time 

  • Telephone Sales Skills 

  • Customer Handling 

  • Tire Sales Skills (Tire Pro and Tire Pro Interlock) 

  • Brake Sales Skills 

  • Credit Card Solicitation Skills 



  • Conduct operational review on every visit, including the following: 

  • Action Plan review 

  • KPI and Sales Performance review 

  • Op code usage and Page 7 submission 

  • Work Flow Processes 

  • Service Times 

  • VCU and Sales Skills 

  • Enter dealer operational visit information into Salesforce 

  • Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner 

  • Work and communicate with FCSD Regional Zone Manager as needed  

  • Support launch and handoff of newly opened Quick Lanes 

  • Support Quick Lane special projects in the market 

  • Adhere to all Quick Lane brand standards in assigned store locations, ensuring that all stores meet safety and cleanliness standards 

  • Ensuring that customer service levels are consistent across stores
