As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will support the development and ensure the quality of client projects related to eLearning (web-based training), instructor-led training, and event management. This role includes working very closely with the Senior Manager of Training Development and a team of course developers and instructional designers. You will also assist internal resources such as Project and Account Managers. You will participate in meetings and learn extensively about the creation of training curriculum, digital production, and event coordination, including video and photo shoots.


This role is based out of MSXI’s Irvine, CA office. Your responsibilities may include:


  • Quality assurance of course content. This includes maintaining quality standards by reviewing, tracking, reporting, and correcting errors found in eLearning materials, such as storyboards, supplemental learning materials, and eLearning courses. 
  • Quality assurance of course functionality, including testing courses for operation, checking client branding, standardization of course functionality, voice over, and completion notification.
  • “Traffic” coordination, including internal follow up through various steps of the eLearning development process.
  • Diligent file organization, including organization of images, content, and course development files.
  • Follow-up to client emails, as needed.
  • Trouble-shooting problems found with eLearning courseware.
  • Data entry, specifically scheduling client webinars in Zoom and on client-specific learning platforms.
  • Fulfillment of participant materials for events, including shipping.
  • Assistance at product video and photo shoots, as needed.
  • Participating in client status meetings and calls, as needed.
  • Staying abreast of new technologies and eLearning trends to support your Account Team.



Required Experience & Skills


  • Highly detail-oriented; must be able to discover and track errors within large amounts of complex, sometimes highly technical text and across multiple courses and projects
  • Sharp editing skills with a thorough comprehension of English grammar and punctuation
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Interest in eLearning development, including HTML5 and Articulate Storyline
  • Strong MS Office experience (Word, PPT, Excel, Teams)
  • Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
  • Interest in learning new technologies
  • Interest in the automotive industry
  • The following experience is considered a plus:
    • Experience in technical editing or writing
    • Experience in project coordination
    • Experience in a client-facing role
    • Experience in training development


Location: Flexible location.

Education: Degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
