Title:  Temporary Training Administrator

As a Training Administrator for MSXI, you will support client projects related to eLearning (web-based training) and instructor-led training.  This role includes working for a key client to support administration of training class scheduling, participation and tracking.  You will be trained on the administrative functions of the client’s Learning Management System and responsible for setting up classes, loading courses, tracking attendance and communicating with participants and client management.  You will be involved in client meetings and responsible for responding to client inquiries by telephone and email, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities may include:

 

  • Attending training on how to use the client’s Learning Portal
  • Scheduling participants in training classes on the Learning Portal
  • Based on completion data, scheduling participants for subsequent classes on the Learning Portal
  • Loading training course materials and testing to ensure correct availability and functioning
  • Communicating with learners to ensure they have the correct materials and understand class requirements
  • Assisting Client Team with handling of incoming learner questions (help desk tickets, calls, etc.)
  • Reviewing and resolving incoming inquiries to the Corporate Training email inbox by responding to inquiry or routing it to the correct team member for resolution
  • Additional ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the client

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong detail-orientation and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technologies
  • Expertise using Microsoft Office suite, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service

 

EDUCATION

College degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
