Technical Trainer
The responsibilities would include:
• On the Job training: Delivering Brand, Product and Technical Aftersales trainings.
• Skill Assessment & Training Need Identification.
• Skill development through On the Job Training and Coaching.
• Training Delivery of curriculum modules.
• Basic to expert level training delivery to dealers manpower.
• Process deployment & Implementation.
• Certification coverage as per various levels defined.
• Training Nominations follow up.
• Debottlenecking of issues through collaboration with Regional Field Team and HO.
• Manpower Engagement.
• Timely escalation of issues observed to HO Training Team to prevent negative impact of brand and customer experience.
Requirement:
• Educational Qualification - Min Diploma/Engineering Degree (Mech/Ele/Auto)
• At least 4 years of experience delivering trainings for OEM (directly or through projects of training companies) Ability to conduct Training & its related tasks independently.
• Reporting to the Agency Project Manager Lead & Academy SPOC
• Traits & Qualities - Should have excellent verbal & written communication, Advanced MS Office application skills.
• Should have Interpersonal & Task Management skills along with clear understanding of adherence to Business SOPs
