We are currently looking for a Homologation Administrator to join our Benelux team!

As Homologation Administrator, your will be providing support in the treatment of all homologation related administrative tasks for the customer. The main areas include actions related to CO2 emission criteria and energy-labelling, all activities required to supply license plates, as well as some legal obligations related to environmental issues. You will be the primary contact for the customer organization for all matters relating to Homologation, ensuring the best accessibility to interlocutors and commitment to reliable and fast responses.


Apart from these, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Process administrative documents to support the business process;
  • Administration of all technical type approval related enquiries, such as handling all COC duplicate requests, supporting pre-registrations, taxi declarations, and reporting;
  • Follow-up any modifications/changes and update the relating documents, processes and systems if required
  • Proactively identify, inform and provide full support to the customer on all topics related to homologation;


What do we require from you?

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience;
  • Affinity with Automotive;
  • Knowledge of European and local legislation & regulation concerning homologation is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of warranty processes and procedures is an advantage;
  • Ability to communicate well at different levels and explain complex situations in easy wording;
  • Accuracy and drive to work accurately, quality driven;
  • Ability to work positively and effectively in a team;
  • Ability to handle stress in a good way;
  • Excellent written and verbal language skills in Dutch, English and preferably Italian.
