Title:  Legal and Privacy Analyst

The Legal Analyst will support the creation, delivery and maintenance of customer facing Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies (legal documents) which our automotive client is required by law, to present to customers in each connected market.

 

The Connected Car Market Delivery team deliver telematics and connected infotainment services and features to markets. The regular development of new connected features and the strategic decision to offer connectivity on all vehicle lines, in all markets is rapidly expanding the scope of the team’s legal workstream.

 

Your responsibilities

The Legal Analyst role is required to support Market Delivery in creating, delivering and maintaining customer legal documents for Connected Car features and services (including InControl Remote and Protect, Touch Pro, SOTA, eCommerce, InControl Apps, internally developed Apps and PIVI) in new and existing markets globally.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Acting as a key member of the market delivery legal function, interfacing with global internal stakeholders to meet and exceed market delivery requirements.
  • Document and records management
  • Creating and managing a document management process in line with company policy
  • Creating and implementing a version control policy
  • Managing legal templates
  • Liaising with market contacts to ensure key deadlines are met
  • Submitting final versions for publication
  • Launching customer email campaigns to communicate updates to legal documents
  • Creating and managing paper documentation
  • Working with the websites team to ensure correct legal documents are available to customers

 

Candidate Specification

  • Legal experience in the technology domain is preferred but not essential
  • Experience of document / records management
  • Data analytical experience
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Attention to detail
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal

 

Working pattern and location:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Based in Gaydon, Warwickshire
